NZMS Opens Auckland Branch

NZMS is proud to announce the establishment of a permanent northern branch, based in central Auckland. With the opening of our new digitisation facility, we will be able to offer a full range of on-site and off-site digitisation and content conversion services for large format materials, bound volumes, photographs, manuscripts and other documents, as well as the capture of glass plates and lantern slides.

We are also delighted to announce the appointment of Hannah Brosnahan, our Northern Manager. Hannah is keen to meet as many of our Auckland and Northland clients as possible, so please feel free to give her a call on 021 865 649 or email her at Hannah.Brosnahan@micrographics.co.nz.

Prior to joining the team at NZMS, Hannah worked as a secondary school teacher outside of Auckland. Before embarking on her teaching career, she spent two years in Europe soaking up the culture and learning the German language. With a degree majoring in history and English from The University of Auckland, Hannah is passionate about the preservation of our unique heritage and is excited to learn about all the possibilities offered by the digitisation process. Outside of work, Hannah is an enthusiastic baker, an avid reader and a keen runner.

We presently have two staff working onsite with clients in Auckland. We will be moving into our new permanent home on the ground floor of the National Library’s Auckland Service Centre at 8 Stanley Street, Parnell in early October.
