Alison brings over 20 years of experience in the GLAMIR sector to NZMS, with a background in public events programming, exhibition and artist management, and CRM administration. Her affinity for the sector was honed during her time as Manager of Auckland Museum’s Friends programme, where she developed a comprehensive public programme designed to strengthen stakeholder engagement and showcase museum knowledge and research. This role eventually led her to earn post-graduate qualifications in cultural heritage.
Today, as Northern Regional Manager, Alison looks after NZMS clients from Taupō to the top of the North Island. She explores new opportunities while collaborating with existing clients to ensure their success. Her keen interest in facilitating access to knowledge and research is reflected in her enthusiasm for Recollect.
